About
James R. Gewin, M.D., is a board certified family practice physician with Grandview Medical Group. Treating patients of all ages, Dr. Gewin enjoys providing longitudinal care and being able to care for patients from adolescence through adulthood.
Dr. Gewin completed his undergraduate degree at Vanderbilt University in 1976. He received his medical degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine in 1980. He completed internal medicine residencies at the University of Mississippi Medical Center and the University of Alabama Hospitals and a family practice residency at East End Memorial Hospital.
When not in the office, Dr. Gewin enjoys spending time with his wife of 40 years, hiking and golf.
