Amy Nelson, CRNP, MSN, completed her graduate degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Amy believes that there are so many medical problems that are preventable and/or manageable and she wants to help those she sees treat the conditions they currently have as well as educate them on ways to help prevent more conditions from developing. She believes people need to have a healthcare provider that they can relate to, trust and rely on. This field gives her the opportunity to be that for people.
Amy specializes in preventive medicine, annual checkups and the management of acute and chronic illnesses. She treats patients ages 18 and older.
She and her husband are the parents of twin girls and two sons.
